Location

The village of Trikala is the main village of the mountain of Killini. Ancient Mysaion is also located there. Today Trikala has been separated into 3 locations, central Trikala, upper Trikala and lower Trikala.

In all of Peloponesos, the peak of mount Killini (2.374 meters) is second in height only to mount Taigetos. There are many excursion destinations from Trikala including many monasteries, rivers, lakes and much natural beauty to be enjoyed. Many organized paths can be found for hiking.
